User Experience Design

OmniPro is an internal tool used by Delta’s Res Team to support customers. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and specialists, the Real-Time Trip View feature was designed to surface live insights into key travel events, enabling faster issue identification, more effective customer support, and help Delta meet its service commitments.
