User Experience Design

During my time at AKQA, I worked as a Senior UX Designer on the Delta Airlines account, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive UX-led design decisions across the end-to-end experience. I helped redesign the Fly Delta booking widget using Delta’s updated design system, streamlining the experience and aligning mobile to the desktop platform.
